In late 2010 Everyday again delivered a project to Westminster City Council. Once again traffic related. Everyday worked with Interactive Worldwide to undertake a compliance audit for the Council. The aims were three fold:
- To measure the efficiency of the parking management across Westminster at that time
- To ensure the efficiency of the CCTV operation by completing a review of CCTV footage to ensure that contraventions were captured effectively and processed accurately and efficiently
- To provider data acquired through the audit to use as a benchmark to assess overall performance against documented SLAs for the management of on-street parking across Westminster
The team recorded parking occupancy and compliance against parking regulations for 140 streets. Each street was audited 4 times. Moving traffic contraventions were excluded.
The audit was carried out over 28 days with specified times for day, evening and overnight and included some Sundays and Public Holidays.
The final report was broken down by Parking Zones and figures collected from the audit later compared to those provided by the parking management team by the Council.
